I reserve the rights to all of my artworks.

My work cannot be used for profit unless previously agreed on.

My commissions are for personal use only unless agreed and stated.

You are allowed to post/use the commissioned piece online with credit and/or print for personal use.

For personal use: You are not allowed to use the commissioned piece for any commercial uses, heavily edit, take full credit of the commissioned piece, redistribute/resell to third parties.

I, as the artist, am allowed to post the commissioned piece on social media and use it in my portfolio.

You can make changes three times during the progress of the piece. You will be charged extra fees if you want to request more.

References of your characters are preferred! Please provide a reference to your character besides a written description.

I am not required to ship any item unless it was discussed and agreed on.

A commission will range from one week to one month to finish.

My works will not be used for NFTS or cryptocurrency. It will also not be used to train AI.

I have the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

Half of the payment should be done before any work can begin.

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to my terms of service.

Payments are made through PayPal in USD through Invoice method unless stated otherwise.

Once emailed or messaged the following form, the commission will be considered and may begin.
- Your commission option
- Character references
- Pose or preferred expression/style
- Your PayPal email / your email / or social media to send you the finished work.
- State commercial or personal use.

Work will begin once the first payment has been confirmed (50% of the full price).

Within a few hours to one week, a sketch will be sent, not the finished piece.

The client may ask for works in progress updates.

Any changes (within the three changes limit) will be made.

Then, the final product will be delivered through email or other platforms once the FULL payment has been received.

I can refund the full amount ONLY IF I have not started on the sketch.

If I cancel the commission, I will refund the full amount paid.

If the client backs out and a sketch was sent, only 50% of the full payment will be refunded.
